1. Photography and macro reproduction
   • Through photographic analyses at the macro-scale, we capture details of the structure of welded assemblies or parts that have undergone specific treatments. This provides an overview of the state of materials.
2. Microstructure analysis by optical microscopy and electron scanning microscopy
   • Using our optical and electronic microscopes, we perform a precise analysis of the microstructure of materials. We measure crucial elements such as grain size (ASTM E112), presence of surface heat treatments, ferrite rate by metallography (ASTM E562), and identification of the different phases of the microstructure.
3. Measurement of coating thickness
   • We measure the thickness of coatings with great precision, in order to evaluate the protection of materials against external factors, thus ensuring their durability and performance.
4. Corrosion test ASTM A923 C
   • We perform the ASTM A923 C corrosion test to evaluate the resistance of Duplex stainless steels to corrosion. This test is crucial for sectors requiring validation of the service life of welded parts or assemblies under real conditions.
